Descriptions
The New Teaching Building will create circa 2 500 m2 of generic teaching space and social learning spaces across four floors, with a specialist mock ward area to support the College’s health and nursing course offers and will be required to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating. The Sports Centre extension will provide circa 950 m2 of new accommodation to provide a Strength Gym, running track, therapy suite, dance studio and 3 No teaching spaces. The net construction cost is approximately GBP 6 million (inclusive of the elements listed in the ITT Schedule 5 Pricing; Bill of Quantities, and exclusive of VAT).Full details of the scope of works are available in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents.
