On behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA), Transport for London (TfL) are seeking to procure a Single Supplier Framework for event management of New Year's Eve events for 2026-2029. The initial contract is expected to be for two years, with optional extensions for the following years (i.e., 2+1+1). This Preliminary Market Engagement Notice (PMEN) is being issued to inform the market of both the intensions to procure and a Supplier Day on 28 November 2025, via Microsoft (MS) Teams. The Supplier Day will assist TfL in understanding the current events management supply chain by listening to the market before informing our final go to market strategy. The engagement will be an opportunity for suppliers to express their interest in the opportunity and also register their organisations on the TfL e-procurement system, SAP Business Network. TfL reserves the right to amend our procurement approach.
