These properties are single storey cavity wall construction with traditional pitched roofs, UPVC double glazed windows; timber, UPVC and composite external doors. The refurbishment to the properties will consist of re-roofing, loft insulation, renewal of rainwater goods and building plastics, replacement external doors, flat roof renewals, SFS bungalow pod installs, renewal of external lighting, replacement kitchens (to POD bungalows only), installation of hardwired smoke alarms, installation of kitchen and bathroom extraction fans, painting and decoration.
