North Lanarkshire Council (NLC) is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors to participate in a procurement exercise for a framework agreement to undertake complex demolition and deconstruction services. Scope of Works The framework agreement will cover a range of complex demolition and deconstruction projects, including but not limited to: -High-rise residential buildings -Large-scale commercial properties, such as shopping centres -Low-rise residential and commercial buildings Key Requirements Contractors interested in participating in the framework agreement should possess the following: -Proven experience in undertaking complex demolition and deconstruction projects of similar scale and complexity. -Demonstrated expertise in safe working practices, environmental compliance, and risk management. -A strong commitment to sustainability and the adoption of environmentally friendly demolition techniques. -A robust health and safety record and a commitment to the wellbeing of workers. -Financial stability and the capacity to deliver projects on time and within budget.
