Descriptions
The College are wishing to appoint a single supplier (Contractor) to provide a Home to College Transport Services — Coastal Route for a 3 year period (+ 1 year + 1 year OTE) from 9.9.2015. The Option to Extend will be subject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor.The approximate number of pupils for September 2015 is 150. This has risen from 98 in Sept 2014. The current route includes 10 pick-up points.The service will run for 190 calendared College days, commencing 9.9.2015.Students shall be on site by 8:35 for every calendared College day.Transport shall be on site by 15:15 for boarding and departure for 15:25.Every second Monday the College has an early closure for students, therefore transport shall be on site by 14:15 for boarding and departure 14:25.In addition to the above, a late bus is also needed on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.Further details of the requirement are in the specification.
