The Commissioner is seeking (OHP) Services to support its nurse led in house occupational health team. The Constabulary has 1150 Police Officers, 637 Police Staff and 121 Special Constables. The OHP Service will primarily exist to: • Provide Clinical Governance and expert occupational health advice to the Occupational Health Team • Provide expert advice, resource and support to the Occupational Health Manager and Human Resources in developing policies relating to the health and wellbeing of the Constabulary’s officers, staff and Occupational Health. • Provide Clinical Governance and professional supervision role for the Occupational Health Advisors (OHAs).
