The Belfast West Social Investment Fund (SIF) Zone Steering Group identified the Integrated Employment Programme (IEP) project as one of its strategic priorities.The aim of the IEP is to deliver a comprehensive programme to reduce unemployment within the Belfast West SIF Zone by widening access to employment and creating meaningful pathways to employment for participants in the project. The IEP will support participants who are unemployed and those who are under employed.This requirement is for the delivery of a strategic, zone-wide, employment and training programme aimed at improving employability and creating meaningful pathways to the labour market for participants who engage in the IEP project. The project must target those who are unemployed or under employed to improve their employability and employment opportunities in the Belfast West Zone.The West Belfast Partnership Board (WBPB), requires a Contractor (or consortium) to deliver a training and employment support programme across the Belfast West SIF Zone. WBPB as Lead Partner will manage the project on behalf of the Office of First Minister and Deputy First Minister's (OFMDFM) Belfast West SIF Zone.
