Expressions of interest are invited from highly credible, experienced providers of Organisational Development Programmes. West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust wishes to appoint external provider partners, within a flexible Framework Agreement that covers a broad range of development activities. The contract term is 3-years, subject to review.Providers will provide specialist and expert input into the design and delivery of ‘values-based' OD interventions. We are looking for practical developmental approaches that drive culture change and sustainable improvements.Areas of work include:a. Sharing Trust values and aspirations that ensures in all we do, our patient comes first.b. Use of behavioural competencies.c. Patient-led service delivery and system redesign.d. Team Development.e. Strengthening leadership and management capability.Providers must demonstrate:- ‘Evidence-based' approach;- Deep knowledge of NHS context;- In-depth experience of working with complex organisations;- A consulting approach that reflects challenging nature of culture change;- Willingness to work collaboratively and ability to build strong partnerships.
