Home Fix Scotland are seeking to appoint a competent and experienced contractor to provide ad-hoc, emergency, Out of Hours Electrical Repair Works to River Clyde Homes housing stock. River Clyde Homes is a ‘not for profit’ affordable housing provider that owns and manages over 5,800 homes and provides factoring services to a further 2,200 homes in the Inverclyde area. Works will only occur during the following timeframe: Monday – Thursday 4.30pm – 8.00am Friday – Monday1pm on Friday – 8.00am on Monday Historically, HFS have received circa 20 Out of Hours electrical call-outs per week. However, this is indicative, and no guarantee can be given by HFS as to the volume of work, or value that may be generated from the contract.
