High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council wish to appoint a experienced consultant to support the Councils in relation to the following; This commission is required to support High Peak Borough Council (HPBC) and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council (SMDC) in the production of a Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) and the possible adoption of a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). It will also require an update to the High Peak Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP) and a review of the recent Staffordshire Moorlands IDP. his exercise is being managed through the Council's Electronic tendering system Proactis.
