Site investigation is proposed to determine the ground andgroundwater conditions for a proposed flood relief scheme inKilkee. The site investigation comprises cable percussionboreholes, cable percussion boreholes with rotary core followon,rial pits, slit trenching for service location along the mainroad and inspection pits for foundations of existing boundarywalls and seawall. Works to include in situ testing, installationof standpipes/ groundwater level monitoring, sample collectionand associated laboratory testing, reporting and production ofa factual and interpretive report.
