PORTSMOUTH AREA FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT — PRIMARY CONTRACTING.
Descriptions
Portsmouth City Council (the ‘Employer’) is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for the delivery of project works on a Primary Contractor basis. The contract value of individual projects let via the agreement will typically range from approximately 100 000 GBP to 1 500 000 GBP, however to provide for flexibility there will be no binding upper or lower limit. The Employer estimates that the agreement may be used to let a total of 5 000 000 GBP — 6 000 000 GBP worth of aggregate spend per annum.The Employer is aiming to have awarded the agreement by 15.5.2017 with a commencement date of 1.7.2017. Once operational the agreement will run for a maximum duration of 4 years. The Employer will establish the agreement concurrently with the letting of a contract for planned maintenance works to 10no. blocks located within the City. The estimated value of this contract is 1 050 000 GBP and the works commencement date is 3.7.2017.
