The Council wishes to appoint a consultant to review refurbishment plans for Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) to enhance its attractiveness and secure its continued success. The objectives for the BIC refurbishment are to: •Significantly enhance the attractiveness of the BIC •Ensure that BBC's investment in the BIC are cost-effective and give good value for money •Optimise wider benefits for Bournemouth local economy arising from the BIC. The purpose of this commission is to prepare a business case to identify the optimum investment for the refurbishment of the BIC.
