Descriptions
The service will deliver Step 2, Step 3 or Step 3+ interventions, and clinicians will use GAD7 and PHQ-9 scores and other clinical indicators to determine the level of intervention required. If treatment offered is not in line with these scores then a clear clinical rationale and justification is required and must be clearly documented in the person’s clinical notes. This activity will also be monitored in the regular performance monitoring data collected from providers.
