Prior Information Notice Regarding Upcoming Fleet Equipment and Vehicle Tenders

North Lincolnshire Council has a number of items of fleet equipment to replace and will shortly be looking to launch some tenders for specific vehicles. Due to the Covid-19 situation the Authority wishes to notify the market of the intent to purchase (although the Authority gives no guarantee that all these items will be procured) and would like to ask suppliers to confirm if they are in a position to respond to tenders during this pandemic situation. This is a prior information notice to give notice to the market that North Lincolnshire Council is considering publishing tenders to purchase the following vehicles: (a) motor cycles/motor scooters; (b) small vans up to 3 500 kgs; (c) standard 17 seat minibuses; (d) coach built/van converted accessible minibuses; (e) commercial vehicles between 3 500 kgs and 7 500 kgs — vans/tippers; (f) large commercial vehicles above 7 500 kgs; (g) road sweepers; (h) agricultural/horticultural equipment; (i) ride on rowing machines.
