Choice Housing Ireland wishes to engage a contractor to provide fire protection works to Pairc na Greine, Dublin. Pairc na Greine is comprised of 2 nr four-storey concrete frame apartment blocks over a shared basement car park and a mixture of masonry and stud internally. The proposed scheme comprises of fire protection works to the basement and ground floor. The Contractor is required to carry out the Works in accordance with and as detailed in the information as contained in the Contract Data and all other ITT documentation as included in the ITT package.
