Conwy County Borough Council is looking to procure a development partner for the phased development of a respite centre and a shop with café located at Bron Y Nant, Dinerth Road. Conwy is looking to engage in market consultation with developers, building contractors and registered social landlords to discuss its proposals for the project with a view towards preparing an appropriate procurement strategy and informing the market of its procurement plans and requirements.
