Refurbishment of 56nr Council owned properties on Newford Estate, Sneyd Green, Stoke-on-Trent. Works will be split and let into 2 separate lots as follows: LOT 1 Roof, Eaves, Soffits, Facias & Guttering. LOT 2 Building façades (Windows, Insulated Panel System, Doors, Pointing), Kitchens & Bathrooms. Tenderers are required to price for all elements of work in at least 1 of the Lots. It is anticipated that contract duration will be no more than 47 weeks
