Provider Engagement Event - Community Physiotherapy - Service Model Redesign

NHS Wirral CCG are looking to design and commission an Independent Muscular Skeletal Triage Service within Wirral during 2016. We value the knowledge and expertise of current and prospective providers who have an interest in this area of healthcare, and are therefore holding a Provider Engagement Event to shape the development of this model. The Engagement Event will take place on Monday 8th February 2016, 9:30am - 12:30pm, Old Market House - Nightingale Room, Hamilton Street, Birkenhead, Wirral, CH41 5AL If you wish to attend please email Carole Gillett carole.gillett@nhs.net with your name, title, organisation, contact number and email address by 4:00pm, Monday 1st February 2016.
