RCS’s In Work Support Service is aimed at reducing sickness absence by providing holistic, tailored support for employed or self-employed people in the early stages of sickness absence as a result of a mild to moderate health condition. The service operates across Denbighshire, Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey. In Work Support is part-funded by European Social Funding through Welsh Government.We are seeking providers of individual or group therapies in a number of disciplines.Therapies should be evidence-based and work-focussed, and are to be delivered in a one-to-one setting either face-to-face or, where appropriate and by arrangement with the client, using telephone or internet technology and to groups.PhysiotherapyOsteopathyPsychological therapies including CBTCounsellingChiropodyPodiatryDieteticsWe may also require services such as:Employment Law supportFinancial Capability support
