Ribble Valley Borough Council are inviting tenders to all those interested in providing a catering service to the public at the Bowling Green Cafe, Clitheroe. Located in the Victorian Park developed around Clitheroe Castle the Bowling Green Cafe provides an excellent opportunity to the right service provider to develop a thriving business venture. The successful tenderer will have the drive and innovation to develop and promote a high quality and imaginative service offering that promotes the Ribble Valley and Lancashire and the fabulous local produce. As a minimum the Council would require the appointed provider to deliver a daily catering service from the cafe during the summer months. The Council will however consider requests to provide the service outside this period should the successful tenderer wish to do so.
