The PSI is seeking to engage external consultancy service support to establish the baseline view of the community and hospital pharmacist workforce in Ireland and assess future challenges and opportunities.Robust data for Ireland are needed to be able to determine the current landscape, assess future health system needs and associated challenges now and into the future, and decide what actions are to be recommended to address Ireland’s needs for a pharmacist workforce in the delivery of healthcare services in the future as Ireland’s healthcare system evolves.
