The project is for the provision of the delivery of social housing units in Coleraine by means of design and build framework agreement, where the Economic Operator provides the land, designs, constructs and completes the scheme for Fold Housing Association in accordance with the DSD Housing Association Guide; Clients Requirements and Statutory Body requirements. Fold Housing Association expect to appoint a Developer this financial year (year ending 31.3.2017) to deliver up to 35 housing units.
