Services to cover general scaffolding erection for Progress Housing Group Departments that cover Gas, Repairs and Planned works. Services to include the erection of tower and tube clip were applicable.
All works outside the scope of this agreement will be instructed on an ad hoc basis as required by Progress Housing Group. For planning purposes, it is anticipated that approximately 135 to 200 scaffolds will be utilised annually over the next four years. This projection is provided for indicative purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to a fixed quantity.
