This Pipeline notice is being published to alert the supplier market that ESPO expects to establish a Framework for the provision of site and event security services, including but not limited to un-locking / locking up services, key holding, static and mobile guarding, escorting, stewarding duties and frontline entrance supervision. This is estimated to begin in April 2026.
