Descriptions
Go-Ahead Group requires network connectivity services for a 5-year contract term. At a minimum the services required are as follows:— WAN connectivity to all specified sites (approx. 700 sites with a large concentration in the South and East Midlands), with resilience for critical sites;— Resilient managed Internet access for all sites (provided centrally across the WAN);— Suitable customer premises equipment (CPE) to interface the WAN service to local-area networks (LANs) on each site;— Support, maintenance and configuration services for all components of the solution, including network security and protection services;— Integration with monitoring and service desk services operated by Go-Ahead Group;— Comprehensive project management services for migration planning, implementation and solution execution;— Effective account management and performance reporting (as specified by Go-Ahead Group) for the solution during the life of the contract.
