Public Service Innovation Week provides departments with an opportunity to highlight the importance of public service transformation by showcasing innovative initiatives at a national level, which improve outcomes for citizens. Multiple public service bodies from across the public sector engage in innovation-related events for the week. This is achieved through the hosting of a number of workshops, webinars and L&D events throughout the week, as well as the Public Service Innovation Conference. In 2023, this Conference will be rebranded as the Public Service Transformation Conference, to reflect the ongoing work on wider transformation initiatives across the public service and the forthcoming launch of the next phase of public service transformation. This Conference is primarily attended by senior leaders from across the public and civil service, in addition to innovation practitioners and those involved in transformation activities across the public service. The purpose of this RFI is to identify interested parties from relevant sectors, and to identify their suitability and market capabilities to partner with the department to deliver the Public Service Transformation Conference 2023. It is envisaged that the Conference in 2023 will be sponsored by external market operator(s) on a cost neutral basis to PENDR and intended to be hosted as a hybrid event, with a large in-person presence and the option to log in remotely The market operator will be required to provide/sponsor the following items and work in collaboration with the innovation team in PENDR (include regulars meetings and check-ins): Event management support, including branding Suitable venue and hospitality Master of Ceremonies International Speaker/s AV Capabilities Market operators from relevant sectors are invited to express an interest in partnering with the department to deliver the Public Service Transformation Conference 2023.
