Public Health and Wellbeing Services for 0-19 year-olds in Northamptonshire
Descriptions
First for Wellbeing is currently reviewing the services it provides for young people aged 0-19. The current service has been developed from four previously separate services - Health Visiting, School Nursing, Family Nurse Partnership and specialist breast feeding support. This review is being undertaken in liaison with colleagues from the Council's Children's Services, focusing on the delivery of Public Health England's Healthy Child Programme. Our aim is to commission an integrated, evidence-based service that meets the needs of our children and young people. Join us for an interactive workshop to help shape the future of public health and wellbeing services for the children and young people of Northamptonshire. We are looking to hear your views on: •Young people's health and wellbeing needs •The needs of parents and carers •What we currently do well (in regards to 0-19 services) and what we could improve on •How we can work with others more effectively and efficiently Friday 12th May, 2017 2-4pm Carnegie Room (upper level) Northamptonshire Central Library Abington St, Northampton NN1 2BA A detailed agenda is to follow.
