Energy & Utility Skills (EU Skills), the Sector Skills Council for the electricity, gas, waste management and water industries wishes to appoint Consultants to develop stand-alone qualification units as part of its Low Carbon Energy & Marine Power Institute Project.The lots offered through this procurement, for the development of qualification units are: Lot 1-Behavioural Safety Culture DevelopmentLot 2 -Oversized mains network connectionsLot 3-Offshore Vessel Transfer and Sea Rescue Lot 4 -Advanced Electricity Principles for Energy EngineersTenderers will need to clearly indicate which lots they are tendering for in their tender response, and price them separately, and as a bundle if appropriate.Consultants must work closely with EU Skills and employers to develop the qualification units to ensure they are fit for the purpose and meet the sector’s needs.Further details can be found in the Tender Specification document.**EU Skills has two concurrent procurement exercises, they are:A) Development of Training Programmes and associated materialsB) Development of an e-learning programme
