Descriptions
Birmingham City Council are seeking for a supplier the provision of statutory audit services. Individual financial statements are prepared for PETPS (Birmingham) Limited, PETPS (Birmingham) Capital Limited and PETPS (Birmingham) General Partner Limited ("3 Companies"), in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102, which are filed with the UK Registrar of Companies. An auditor is required for each of the 3 Companies. The contract will cover the time required to complete the audit of the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2021 and 31 March 2022. The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
