The Life Changes Trust, in partnership with Age Scotland, wishes to secure research services and support for a project that will give voice to older people in Scotland on the subject of quality of life in later years.The project aims to:•Hear, through a variety of approaches, from people aged 50 plus in Scotland about the kind of life they want to live in their later years, including if they were ever to have dementia or become an unpaid carer.•Increase understanding of what older people in Scotland believe will help them secure that quality of life.•Pull out common themes and threads for further discussion from a highly practical perspective.•Reflect back to policy makers (in both Scotland and the UK), service providers (all sectors), communities (geographical and of interest), families and older people themselves what needs to be done by the State and by individuals to support quality of life in later years.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=37194.
