Congleton Town Council wishes to appoint an agency or company of at least 5 employees to update and upgrade its website www.congleton-tc.gov.uk. We would like to work with a company that 1.Has a diverse portfolio of established clients of varying sizes 2.Is experienced in website build and management - and can give references 3.Has a creative flair for design but practical information structure ideas 4.Is able to demonstrate experience in responsive design, robust development and meeting the latest accessibility criteria demanded of government websites. 5.Uses a recognised project management methodology 6.Has proven knowledge of digital marketing 7 Is able to offer ongoing support to the Town Council regarding trouble shooting and analysis of the new site.
