Expressions of interest are invited for the provision of master planning and urban designer services for a ground breaking regeneration scheme at the former Pirelli Cables Factory Site in Newport, South Wales. It is intended to commission the successful consultant to provide architectural services up to minium of RIBA Stage D (receipt of full planning approval).Suitable practices will be expected to demonstrate experience in undertaking exemplar regeneration projects by using innovative and efficient design. A knowledge of the Code for Sustainable Homes and Lifetime Homes is also expected. Applicants will be shortlisted following the evaluation of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires from interested bidders.
