Tandridge District Council is seeking a developer to redevelop the existing accommodation at Ninehams Gardens to provide a robust housing development with a minimum of 40 residential units. Proposals that maximise the level of affordable housing are highly desirable and such units will be expected to meet the HCA standards. The Council's present intention would be to contribute the freehold title to the site which measures approximately 0.7 hectares. However at ITT stage, options that result in a monetary benefit for the Council (i.e. payment for the land), could be considered favourably as long as the required quality will be delivered.
