Barrow Borough Council is looking for a supplier to carry out remedial works at Walney Community Centre. Please find attached the schedule specification, your quotation should include for:- • All labour, plant, materials, Scaffolding, fencing, barriers, signage, overheads, profit, supervision, vehicle expenses, tool/tackle/equipment hire, water and power for the works, travel and non-productive time etc. • Disposal of all debris/waste off-site. • Full compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (including provision of construction phase health and safety plan, risk assessment and method statement). Arrangements to visit the site for measuring-up/surveying purposes should be made by messaging via the Chest. For access to documents please express an interest.
