South East Water Ltd (SEW) is a UK supplier of drinking water to 2 200 000 consumers through 83 water treatment works and manages 14 500 km of water mains and more than 120 service reservoirs. SEW is expected to have a 90 % metering penetration by the end of 2018.The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EoI) is to provide the market with an understanding of how SEW is looking to improve outcomes to our customers and drive a more efficient operation through IoT, analytics and AI digital transformation. The responses will enable SEW to understand market capability, trends and align innovative opportunities with existing technologies. SEW’s would like to explore the potential to incorporate the services and tools, from meter manufactures, software solution providers and IoT sensor venders into one integrated solution, and through this realize the full benefit of digitisation.
