RFT for the provision of financial and governance advice and expertise for the Programme Board of the Mother and Baby Institutions Payment Scheme:- Advice on financial controls, processes, fraud controls and general financial and governance advice. - Provision of advice to support scheme development and design. - Attendance at Programme Board meetings to ensure it has the appropriate level of knowledge and expertise. (Meeting every two weeks of two-hour duration plus an anticipated hour and a half preparation per meeting).- Support in relation to processes around managing and delivering the programme of work.- Addressing ad-hoc queries (48 hour turnaround)
