The Regulatory Authorities. RA. . Commission for Energy Regulation. CER. and Utility Regulator. UR. . invite tenders from suitably qualified and experienced firms of Solicitors in order to establish a Contract to provide appropriate legal services across a wide range of specialist areas to the Single Electricity Market Committee. SEMC. . The Contractor will be required to provide a single source of expert legal advice to the SEMC on all statutory functions relevant to the governance of the Single Electricity Market. SEM. and Integrated SEM. ISEM. . The successful Contractor will work with the SEMC and the RAs to support and deliver legal expertise on SEM matters as required. The Contracts will be jointly managed by UR and CER.
