We are a registered charity that has a number of projects in Swansea and Brecon providing child and family support services in areas of disadvantage.Our Core Services Team manage the running of the organisation under the direction of our Board of Trustees/Directors and their accompanying sub-committees.As our organisation has grown and developed over the years we have not reviewed the structure of the Core Services Team.Our Core Services Team consists of the following:Chief Executive OfficerCompany SecretaryFinance Officer (and two Finance Support staff)Projects Co-ordinatorWe are looking for an experienced analyst/consultant who can review the roles and responsibilities of the team members and the appropriate remuneration accordingly.
