Circle Housing (Leamington LLP) are currently out to tender for the provision of Sale Agency Services for 110 Residential UnitsPortobello Riverside is a predominantly private sale development in Warwickshire with the first phase built and sold. Work is now commencing on the final phases of 160 private sales, 110 of which this tender relates. The site is owned by Leamington LLP and comes under the governance of the Your Lifespace Board, a subsidiary of Circle Anglia Limited.Leamington Spa LLP (the ‘Client’) require a local agent with new homes sales expertise, with offices in Leamington Spa and Warwick as well as offices in other local hubs to enable us to tap into their network and benefit from their database of applicants and provide the services set out in paragraph 5 of the Specification.
