The Salvage and Marine Operations (SALMO) Team, part of the Ministry of Defence (MOD), have a requirement for the provision of Soft and Hard Facilities Management (FM) Services for a property located in Bristol. The property is a warehouse/ industrial unit totalling 1,765.72 sqm. The duration of the agreement shall be 2.5 years.
