School Catering Contract for FCAT Schools

This tender process is targeted for contract in place to commence in August 2020. Note — this tender process covers all catering services within FCAT primary and secondary schools with full tender costings and proposals for 5 sites for contract start in August 2020 and forward costings and proposals for other FCAT sites which will be considered as part of this tender project with a consideration for contract commencement on a phased basis. Details will be explained in the ITT documents. The process includes creation of a select bidder list following an SQ process (within which the scoring criteria is included). The SQ document is available electronically via the email address in section 1. Following analysis of SQ’s select bidders will attend a site survey and briefing in early April. Tender response deadline is planned for late April and interviews will take place in late May. The contract will be for a 3 + 1 + 1 year period (5 years in total).
