Descriptions
We would like to contract with an individual or organisation to work with us to review and re-design our business support service using the Design Council’s Double Diamond model or a similar model. In line with the Design Council model we want to undertake a series of phases of work:•Discover. We want to work with our clients, prospective clients, staff and key stakeholders to understand fully what service is needed in future.•Define. From the insight gathered from the discovery phase we want help to define the challenge in a different way if appropriate.•Develop. We want to work with you to help us consider the range of answers to the clearly defined problem, seeking inspiration from elsewhere in the UK and abroad and co-designing with a range of different people.•Deliver. We want to test out different solutions at small-scale, rejecting those that will not work and improving the ones that will.
