Descriptions
The scope of this framework is intended to provide the PSI with a facility, delivered on a software as a service (“SaaS”) basis, to: - hold certain meetings and hearings in relation to statutory complaints on a “remote” or virtual basis - be able to present any documentation required for the meetings and hearings on screen subject to agreed controls and permissions, and - provide any associated support services required so that both the PSI and the parties involved in the meetings and hearings can use the software in a secure, efficient and safe manner.
