The Crawford Art Gallery is seeking to establish a Single-Party Framework Agreement for Architect Led Integrated Design Team Services for the Redevelopment of the Gallery and surrounding areas. The design team will comprise the following principle disciplines:-Architectural Design including design team lead-Civil & Structural Engineering-Mechanical & Electrical Engineering-Landscape Architect-Conservation Architect -Project Management -Planning Consultant-Archaeological Consultant-PSDP services-BREEAM Consultant or equivalent- LEED Consultant-Assigned Certifier-Design Certifier-Fire Safety Consultant-DAC Consultancy-Other Ancillary Services as required Please refer to the Outline Project Brief for more details.
