1.1Coed Cymru is seeking to appoint professional fencing and tree planting contractors to undertake agreed capital works aiming to reduce peak flows into the Nant Barrog and improve biodiversity through natural land-based interventions.1.4Coed Cymru is seeking to appoint a contractor(s) to install the capital works for the project. The contractor(s) will supply materials (subject to material specification in 3.2.1) and/or provide labour and machinery to erect agricultural fences and gates, plant new hedgerows, renovate hedgerows (coppicing and gapping up) and plant new woodlands (Coed Cymru will supply the trees, guards and stakes).1.5All suitable applicants will secure a place on the framework agreement and will be contacted for specific items of work accordingly. Being placed on the framework agreement does not guarantee work on the project, however we will not be approaching other parties not on the framework as the project commences.1.6Please state clearly which items of work you are competent in providing and your capacity/availability.
