Structural repairs and refurbishment works to communal stairwell at 54-60 Evenwood, Skelmersdale, Lancashire WN8 6DR. Activities include underpinning, scaffolding, demolition, drainage, flooring, roofing (felt), decorating and electrical work. Demolition and rebuilding of a stepped entrance is required. The contractor must be capable of undertaking structural work including underpinning. This will be a fixed price contract. The terms of JCT Agreement for Minor Building Works (2011 Edition) will apply.
