This is a prior information notice only The authority, Paradigm Housing Group, intends to advertise a contract opportunity for the supply, implementation and ongoing development and maintenance of a finance system and a housing management system. The future opportunity will be conducted as a ‘Competitive Procedure with Negotiation’ and advertised as two separate lots, however potential suppliers will be able to bid for one or both lots. This prior information notice (PIN) is to alert potential suppliers to the future opportunity, as such you do not need to respond to it. It is anticipated that the contract notice will be published in July 2020, in response to which potential suppliers can express interest and submit initial tenders.
