The Seren Group is seeking to place a contract for the supply of a range of cleaning / support services in Newport and the surrounding areas.The services to be provided are:• Office and window cleaning at its Newport town centre offices (Exchange House, Devon Place ). • Opening up and locking down of the Exchange House and Devon Place offices • The provision of cleaning, window cleaning and porterage services at Cefn Glas exta care home Blackwood• The provision of a mobile cleaning service in the SE Wales areaThe contract duration shall be 24 months with the option of a further 12 months subject to agreed service levels being met.Suitably sized companies with experience of delivering the above services are invited to complete the attached PQQ .
