This enabling Contract is for the Provision of Support and Maintenance for 30 Unify-Enterprise communications Ltd (Formaly Siemens Enterprise Communications ltd) Legacy Realitis Telephone Exchanges. They are based in various locations around the world (Nepal, Falkland Islands, Ascension Island, Gibraltar and Blandford Training School). The support contract will provide various items including, Advance Replacement or Repair and return of cards for the Exchanges, Technical Help Desk Assistance, Provision of a Specialist On-site Engineer Service, Technical Support for the HiPath Xpressions 450 Voicemail System, Technical Support of DX Professional Software and provision of additional equipment to meet obsolescence and future support and enhancements.
